Mini Denester
Description
The Mini Denester is a pneumatically operated, PLC controlled means of dispensing trays onto a conveyor. The unit may be used to randomly place trays on a flat top conveyor, or to precisely position trays on a flighted conveyor. It fits virtually any conveyor.
Everything on the Mini Denester can either be ordered as NEMA 4x corrosion resistant wash down or carbon steel construction depending on your application.
Quick setup and tray size changeover is accomplished with hand cranks.
Available as a standalone assembly or mated with our Pad Placer Mark II.
