We provide free phone/email service for the life of your machine.
All our equipment comes with a complete operator’s manual which includes detailed layouts. Our layouts include machine assembly detail, as well as a complete BOM for ordering replacement parts. Our service department maintains a copy of your manual to assist in troubleshooting service needs.
Design Service Corporation prides itself on excellent customer service. We understand the costs of having a machine down, even for a short time period. We will do everything possible to get you back up and running as quickly as possible.
Everything you Need – Kept in Stock, In-House
We stock all wear parts for every machine we’ve ever built. Our in-house machine shop, fabrication shop, plating and anodizing stations, and case hardening ability allow us to ship replacement parts quickly, usually within one working day.
We also stock a large selection of sensors, switches, servo motors and drives, VFDs and motion controllers. We create retrofit packages for machines with obsolete electronics, to keep your machine running its best.
